Психологическая траектория пациента с последствиями позвоночно-спинномозговой травмы

Аннотация
Рассмотрены психологические факторы, влияющие на течение позвоночно-спинномозговой травмы (ПСМТ). Среди факторов, способствующих психологическому росту, оказались: психологическая устойчивость, внутренний локус контроля, надежда и оптимизм, низкий уровень депрессии, социальная включенность, хорошие семейные отношения, поведенческий и когнитивный типы копинга. Формирование оптимальной психологической траектории пациентов с ПСМТ предполагает полноценное участие в реабилитационном процессе психотерапевта, диагностирующего и корректирующего направление этого движения.
