The factors contributing to psychological growth include psychological stability, an internal locus of control, hope and optimism, low-grade depression, social involvement, good family relationships, and behavioral and cognitive coping. The formation of the optimal psychological trajectory in patients with VSCI assumes that a psychotherapist diagnosing and correcting this condition should participate fully in the rehabilitation process. </p>
</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>спинномозговая травма</kwd><kwd>реабилитация</kwd><kwd>личностный рост</kwd><kwd>посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство</kwd><kwd>психологическая траектория пациента</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>spinal cord injury</kwd><kwd>rehabilitation</kwd><kwd>personality growth</kwd><kwd>post-traumatic stress disorders</kwd><kwd>psychological trajectory in patient</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Магомед-Эминов МШ.
