Стрессовое расстройство после инсульта: частота, факторы риска, подходы к профилактике и лечению

Аннотация
Частота посттравматического стрессового расстройства (ПТСР) после инсульта составляет в среднем 23% в течение 1-го года и 11% – в последующие годы. Особенно высок риск развития ПТСР после субарахноидального кровоизлияния, повторных инсультов, у пациентов молодого возраста и пациентов с психическими заболеваниями в анамнезе. ПТСР снижает качество жизни пациентов после инсульта и их приверженность приему препаратов для вторичной профилактики сосудистых заболеваний. ПТСР предрасполагает к развитию постинсультных депрессивных расстройств. Лечение ПТСР после инсульта включает лекарственные методы и психотерапию.
