Боль в нижней части спины: терапия с позиции доказательной медицины и новые возможности

Аннотация
Около 15% (12–30%) населения испытывают боль в нижней части спины – БНС (в пояснично-крестцовом отделе). В большинстве случаев (90–95%) боль в спине носит неспецифический характер. За последние десятилетия практически не изменилось количество пациентов с болью в спине, в то же время затраты на оказание медицинской помощи этой категории больных выросли в несколько раз, что составляет одну из важнейших проблем современного здравоохранения. Рассматриваются основные подходы к лекарственной и немедикаментозной терапии неспецифической острой БНС с позиции современных данных доказательной медицины, а также новые возможности эффективного и безопасного купирования болевого синдрома у данной группы пациентов.
