Диабетическая энцефалопатия

Аннотация
На основании результатов экспериментальных и клинических исследований рассмотрены вопросы эпидемиологии, клиники, морфологии и патогенеза поражения ЦНС при сахарном диабете (СД) 1-го и 2-го типов. Сформулировано определение диабетической энцефалопатии. Рассмотрен вопрос о взаимоотношении диабетической энцефалопатии с диабетической полиневропатией. Сделано заключение о целесообразности выделения диабетической энцефалопатии в качестве осложнения СД. Представлены возможности патогенетического лечения диабетической энцефалопатии.
