Коррекция аффективных и когнитивных нарушений у больных эпилепсией и значение ламотриджина

Аннотация
В статье охарактеризована взаимосвязь когнитивных и аффективных нарушений при эпилепсии, которые могут стать причинами ухудшения качества жизни, социальной дезадаптации и инвалидизации. В связи с этим крайне важным является правильный выбор антиэпилептических препаратов (АЭП). Рассмотрены группы АЭП с разными механизмами действия, среди которых большое внимание уделено ламотриджину, отличающемуся уникальным профилем не только антиэпилептических, но и психотропных свойств.
