Атипичная депрессия: критерии выделения, систематика, подходы к терапии

Представлен обзор отечественной и зарубежной литературы, посвященной проблеме атипичной депрессии (АтД). Изложены исторические аспекты выделения АтД в числе других депрессивных расстройств: прослежен путь от депрессии с отдельными нетипичными проявлениями до синдрома с очерченной структурой и критериями включения в международных классификациях DSM-4 и DSM-5. Приведены эпидемиологические показатели, показана их разноплановость, обусловленная  различными подходами к определению и клинической оценке АтД. Проанализированы результаты исследований АтД в рамках таких аффективных расстройств, как рекуррентное депрессивное расстройство, биполярное аффективное расстройство, психогенная депрессия, отмечена их разнородность как по симптоматике, так и по генезу. Приведены подходы к терапии АтД и результаты исследований медикаментозных (антидепрессанты) и нелекарственных (когнитивно-поведенческая психотерапия, лечение повышением физических нагрузок) методов лечения.
