Кинезиотерапия при боли в спине

Лечение боли в спине – одна из наиболее распространенных проблем в медицинской практике. В статье изложены теоретические и практические основы физической терапии людей, испытывающих боль в спине и шее, подробно рассматриваются основные кинезиотерапевтические методики, применяемые в современной реабилитации, разбираются принципы их подбора для наиболее эффективного восстановления двигательной активности и уменьшения выраженности болевого синдрома, обсуждаются режимы двигательной активности. Отдельно рассматриваются аппаратные методики, облегчающие выполнение сложных терапевтических движений. Обосновывается важность увеличения двигательной активности и мышечной силы, нормализации мышечного тонуса с восстановлением кровообращения, уменьшением воспаления и снижением патологической импульсации из пораженного отдела позвоночника. Обсуждаются возможности кинезиотерапии при острой и хронической неспецифической боли в спине, дискогенной радикулопатии и поясничном стенозе.
