Энцефалопатия Хашимото (краткий обзор литературы и клиническое наблюдение)

Аннотация
Энцефалопатия Хашимото (ЭХ) – стероид-реактивная энцефалопатия, ассоциированная с аутоиммунным тиреоидитом, в ее основе лежит воспалительный процесс в головном мозге, связанный с перекрестной реакцией на аутоантитела к щитовидной железе. ЭХ проявляется нарушением сознания и очаговой неврологической симптоматикой. В диагностике ЭХ основная роль принадлежит определению уровня антитиреоидных аутоантител в сыворотке крови и цереброспинальной жидкости. Лечение заболевания проводится глюкокортикоидами и другими иммуносупрессивными средствами. В случае своевременного лечения прогноз благоприятный.
