Открытое овальное окно и эмболический криптогенный инсульт

Аннотация

В статье рассматривается актуальность проблемы криптогенного инсульта и открытого овального окна. Освещены вопросы патогенеза и роль парадоксальной эмболии в развитии нарушения мозгового кровообращения. Рассмотрены особенности клинических проявлений и нейровизуализационной картины инсульта на фоне открытого овального окна. Охарактеризованы методы ультразвуковой диагностики, используемые для верификации кардиальной аномалии. Представлены подходы к установлению причинно-следственной связи между наличием открытого овального окна и развитием инсульта. Обсуждены современные возможности вторичной профилактики у данной категории пациентов, в частности, представлены результаты исследований, посвященных чрескожной окклюзии открытого овального окна.
