Болезнь Альцгеймера: фармакологические и нефармакологические подходы к коррекции психоневрологических расстройств

Аннотация

Сегодня отсутствует надежная фармакологическая коррекция деменции, несмотря на ее высокую распространенность во всем мире. Клиническая картина болезни Альцгеймера (БА) на той или иной стадии сопровождается присоединением к когнитивному дефекту нейропсихических нарушений (НПН). Выраженность и спектр НПН различны. Продемонстрированы возможности лекарственной терапии при НПН. Отмечена роль акатинола мемантина в коррекции ряда психолого-поведенческих расстройств. Среди факторов, способствующих формированию НПН или провоцирующих их, выделяют биологические, психологические, социальные и экологические. Знание триггеров психических расстройств позволяет избегать и тем самым уменьшить или устранить НПН. Особое внимание уделяется взаимоотношениям больного и ухаживающего лица. В последние годы в лечении НПН все чаще используются нефармакологические средства, считающиеся приоритетной линией их коррекции. Приводятся данные об основных методах нефармакологической коррекции и эффективности их применения.
