Аннотация
Представлен обзор данных литературы об эпидемиологии постинсультной депрессии (ПД), ее патогенетических механизмах, взаимосвязи между инсультом и депрессией. Приведены клинические варианты ПД, результаты исследований эффективности антидепрессантов у таких пациентов, использования эсциталопрама.
