Особенности когнитивных расстройств после инсульта: диагностика и терапевтические подходы

Аннотация
Инсульт является ведущей причиной инвалидности не только вследствие влияния на двигательные или чувствительные функции, но и в силу постинсультных когнитивных расстройств (КР). В течение первого года после инсульта частота КР может достигать 80–90%, а у 7–23% пациентов развивается деменция. Среди факторов риска развития КР самым важным являются инфаркты: их величина, локализация и количество. С повышенным риском КР ассоциируются старший возраст, низкий образовательный уровень, тяжелые предшествующие патологические изменения в паренхиме мозга, сахарный диабет, фибрилляция предсердий и особенно повторные инсульты. Пациентам, перенесшим инсульт, показано исследование когнитивных функций, наблюдение за эволюцией когнитивного дефицита и проведение постинсультной реабилитации. Основными направлениями лечения пациентов с КР являются вторичная профилактика инсульта, включая модификацию образа жизни, и симптоматическая терапия. Одним из перспективных средств для профилактики и лечения КР у этих пациентов является сермион.
