Аннотация
В статье представлена хронология симпозиума «Как обыграть боль в 21 веке? Мнения экспертов», прошедшего 8 ноября 2021 г. в рамках XII Междисциплинарного международного конгресса «Manage Pain» («Управляй болью!»). На симпозиуме обсуждались вопросы назначения нестероидных противовоспалительных препаратов (НПВП), в том числе эторикоксиба (Аторика табс), на примере клинического случая, проблемы терминологии, связанные с понятиями «люмбаго» и «ишиас», редкие клинические синдромы (например, синдром толстого кошелька), с которыми необходимо дифференцировать неспецифические боли в спине, стратегии выбора НПВП у пациентов с остеоартритом, важность своевременного назначения НПВП в рамках профилактики хронизации болевых синдромов, влияние эмоциональных и когнитивных факторов на хронизацию боли в спине. Обсуждалось использование эторикоксиба (Аторика) в лечении хронической боли в спине, а также данные о его безопасности.
