Аннотация
Цервикогенная головная боль (ЦГБ) – синдром отраженной головной боли, источником которой являются структуры шеи. Несмотря на кажущуюся простоту определения, до настоящего времени не достигнут консенсус по критериям диагностики цервикогенной головной боли между врачами различных специальностей. В каких случаях головная боль при сочетании с болью в шее является следствием патологии шейного отдела, а в каких боль в шее – следствие приступа мигрени?
