Эффективность паксила при лечении депрессий у мужчин пожилого возраста

Цель исследования — изучение эффективности паксила при лечении депрессии различной степени тяжести у мужчин пожилого возраста. Пациенты и методы. Обследовано 35 мужчин в возрасте 50—78 лет с депрессивной симптоматикой различной степени тяжести в рамках депрессивного эпизода — 14 (40%), рекуррентного депрессивного расстройства — 12 (34,3%), биполярного аффективного расстройства — 9 (25,7%). Эффективность паксила в дозе 20—40 мг/сут оценивалась клиническим методом с применением психометрических шкал (CGI, HDRS, UKU ) на 7, 14, 28-й и 42-й день. Результаты исследования. Выявлена высокая эффективность паксила при лечении депрессий у мужчин пожилого возраста. Средний балл по шкале Гамильтона снизился с 24,7±0,3до 4,9±1,1. Редукция депрессивных симптомов к 42-му дню составила 80,2%. Достигнуты выздоровление и пограничное состояние по шкале CGI-S у 74,3% больных. Начиная с 1-й недели терапии исчезали астенические симптомы и адинамия, со 2-й недели — гипотимия, с 3-й недели — тревога в результате последовательного проявления стимулирующего, антидепрессивного и анксиолитического действия. Заключение. Относительно быстрое и равномерное действие паксила на все симптомы депрессии у мужчин пожилого возраста обусловлено сочетанием антидепрессивного, противотревожного и стимулирующего эффекта при хорошей переносимости.
