Аннотация

Несмотря на прогресс в сфере лабораторных методов, генетических исследований и современной нейровизуализации, диагностика заболеваний, обусловливающих деменцию, вызывает сложности. В обзоре представлены современные данные, касающиеся эпидемиологии, факторов риска, патогенеза, клинической картины, диагностики и терапии болезни Альцгеймера (БА). Обсуждаются вопросы симптоматических и патогенетических методов лечения, а также комбинированной терапии БА. Отмечаются эффективность мемантина (акатинола мемантина) и целесообразность его использования на разных стадиях заболевания у пациентов с БА. Рассматриваются немедикаментозные методы терапии БА, включая физическую активность и когнитивный тренинг.
