Among its non-motor manifestations, cognitive impairment (CI) and emotional disorders play a special role in PD. It is important to search for new forms and methods of cognitive therapy in patients with PD.</p><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to analyze neuropsychological status and quality of life (QOL) in PD patients and to evaluate the efficiency of personalized combination therapy with a stimulating cognitive motor training on computer and mobile devices in these patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Patients and methods</title><p>Patients and methods. The investigation enrolled 112 patients with PD. A study group included 56 PD patients who received a cycle of combination therapy with cognitive-motor training on PC and mobile devices; a control group consisted of 56 PD patients who had only a drug therapy cycle. To evaluate neuropsychological status and QOL, the investigators used the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), the McNair and Kahn memory self-evaluation scale, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), and the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) questionnaire.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. According to MoCA scores, CI of varying severity was diagnosed in the majority of patients: in 75 and 80.4% in the study and control groups, respectively. Depressive syndrome was detected in 53.6 and 64.3% in these groups, respectively. According to the SF-36, the physical status of patients had the greatest effect in reducing their QOL. There were treatment-induced statistically significant positive changes for the following domains: physical functioning (p&lt;0.01), role-physical functioning (p&lt;0.001), pain intensity (p&lt;0.01), general health (p&lt;0.01), role emotional (p&lt;0.0001), and mental health (p&lt;0.01).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The investigation has shown the efficiency of personalized therapy including stimulating cognitive-motor training on computer and mobile devices, which improves neuropsychological status and QOL in patients with PD.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В клинической картине болезни Паркинсона (БП)  выделяют моторные  и немоторные  симптомы. Среди немоторных проявлений особую роль играют когнитивные (КН) и эмоциональные нарушения. Представляется актуальным поиск новых форм и методов когнитивной терапии пациентов с БП.</p><p>Цель исследования – анализ нейропсихологического статуса и качества жизни (КЖ) у пациентов с БП, а также оценка у них эффективности персонифицированной комплексной терапии с использованием стимулирующего когнитивно-моторного тренинга с помощью компьютерных и мобильных устройств.</p><sec><title>Пациенты и методы</title><p>Пациенты и методы. В исследовании участвовали 112 пациентов с БП. В основную группу вошли пациенты, которые получали курс комплексной терапии с применением когнитивно-моторного тренинга на компьютерных и мобильных устройствах (n=56), в контрольную группу – пациенты с БП, которым назначали только курс медикаментозной терапии (n=56). Для оценки нейропсихологического статуса и КЖ использовали  монреальскую шкалу оценки когнитивных функций (Montreal Cognitive Assessment, MoСA), опросник самооценки памяти McNair и Kahn, госпитальную шкалу тревоги и депрессии (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, HADS), анкету оценки качества жизни SF-36.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. По данным шкалы МоСА, КН разной степени выраженности диагностированы у большинства пациентов: в основной группе у 75%, в контрольной группе у 80,4%. Депрессивный синдром был выявлен у 53,6% пациентов основной группы и 64,3% пациентов контрольной группы. Наибольшее влияние на снижение КЖ, по данным опросника SF-36, оказывает  физическое  состояние пациентов. Статистически значимая положительная динамика на фоне лечения получена  по  следующим шкалам: «физическое функционирование» (р&lt;0,01), «ролевое функционирование, обусловленное физическим состоянием» (p&lt;0,001), «интенсивность боли» (р&lt;0,01), «общее состояние здоровья» (р&lt;0,01), «ролевое функционирование, обусловленное эмоциональным состоянием» (р&lt;0,0001), «психическое здоровье» (p&lt;0,01).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение.
