The study included 11 patients with a decreased consciousness level (Glasgow coma scores of 7.4±2.5).  The patients were examined using the specialized clinical scales before and every 3 weeks during BFB therapy (5 BFB sessions per week).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to the neuropsychological scales, the patients' level of consciousness and mental activity were noted to become obviously increased just after 3 weeks of therapy, which was observed until the neurorehabilitation course was completed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The minimally conscious patients using EEG BFB showed a significant clinical improvement. The infra-low frequency EEG BFB method deserves attention as a promising tool for increasing the patients' level of consciousness in accessible form.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В последние годы разработан протокол биологической обратной связи (БОС) по инфранизким частотам (&lt;0,01 Гц) электроэнцефалограммы (ЭЭГ), соответствующим частотам сетей пассивного режима работы мозга.</p><p>Цель исследования – оценка терапевтических особенностей метода БОС по ЭЭГ в реабилитации пациентов со сниженным уровнем сознания.</p><sec><title>Пациенты и методы</title><p>Пациенты и методы. В исследование вошло 11 пациентов со сниженным уровнем сознания (7,4±2,5 баллов по шкале комы Глазго). Пациентов обследовали с помощью специализированных клинических шкал до и каждые 3 нед в течение БОС-терапии (5 сеансов БОС в неделю).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По данным нейропсихологических шкал, у пациентов отмечено выраженное повышение уровня сознания и психической активности уже после 3-недельной терапии, которое наблюдалось вплоть до завершения курса нейрореабилитации. Заключение. Показано значительное улучшение клинических показателей при использовании БОС по ЭЭГ у пациентов с минимальным уровнем сознания.
