The clinical picture and pathogenesis of this disease and the principles of its diagnosis and treatment are described. Particular emphasis is placed on the use of etoricoxib, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, in ankylosing spondyloarthritis. The available data strongly prove that etoricoxib is an alternative in the treatment of inflammatory diseases of the joints and vertebral column, ankylosing spondyloarthritis in particular.</p>
Имеющиеся данные убедительно доказывают, что эторикоксиб является альтернативой в лечении воспалительных заболеваний суставов и позвоночника, в частности анкилозирующего спондилоартрита.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>анкилозирующий спондилоартрит</kwd><kwd>симптом-модифицирующая терапия</kwd><kwd>глюкокортикоиды</kwd><kwd>эторикоксиб</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>ankylosing spondyloarthritis</kwd><kwd>symptom-modifying therapy</kwd><kwd>nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs</kwd><kwd>glucocorticoids</kwd><kwd>etoricoxib</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">&lt;div&gt;&lt;p&gt;Braun J., Bollow M., Remlinger G. et al.
