The paper considers the epidemiology and pathogenesis of post-stroke seizures, the predictors of their development in patients with vascular lesions in the brain, as well as antiepileptic therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цереброваскулярные заболевания — один из самых частых факторов риска развития симптоматической эпилепсии.
