There were 124 patients (74 %) aged 60 years or older in the Fortelyzin group and 123 patients (73 %) in the alteplase group, and these patients were included in the analysis presented. Patients aged 60 years and older were also divided into two groups according to their modified Rankin scale (mRS) score on day 90: a group with a good functional outcome (mRS 0–2) and a group with an unfavourable functional outcome (mRS 3–6). The THRIVE scale was used to predict outcomes after treatment with Fortelyzin or alteplase. AUC values were then calculated. AUC ROC values were compared using the DeLong criterion.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results. For all-cause mortality at day 90, the predicted AUC value on the THRIVE scale was 0.8 (0.71–0.9) in the Fortelyzin group and 0.76 (0.66–0.87) in the alteplase group (p = 0.57). For adverse functional outcomes, the AUC value was 0.73 (0.64–0.82) in the Fortelyzin group and 0.79 (0.71–0.87) in the alteplase group (p = 0.36).</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusion</title><p>   Conclusion. The study confirmed the high predictive value of the THRIVE scale for predicting mortality and adverse outcomes in patients aged 60 years and older with IS after treatment with Fortelyzin and alteplase.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>   Целью данного исследования была оценка прогностической ценности шкалы THRIVE у пациентов в возрасте 60 лет и старше с ишемическим инсультом (ИИ) после внутривенного тромболизиса препаратом Фортелизин® (МНН / химическое наименование – рекомбинантный белок, содержащий аминокислотную последовательность стафилокиназы; ООО «СупраГен», Россия) в сравнении с алтеплазой по данным ретроспективного анализа результатов рандомизированного клинического исследования ФРИДА.</p><sec><title>   Материал и методы</title><p>   Материал и методы. Пациенты (n = 336) были случайным образом распределены в группу препарата Фортелизин (n = 168) либо алтеплазы (n = 168). В возрасте 60 лет и старше были 124 пациента (74 %) в группе препарата Фортелизин и 123 пациента (73 %) в группе алтеплазы, и эти пациенты были включены в представленный анализ. Пациенты в возрасте 60 лет и старше были также разделены на две группы в соответствии с баллом по модифицированной шкале Рэнкина (МШР) на 90-й день: группа с хорошим функциональным исходом (МШР 0–2) и группа с неблагоприятным функциональным исходом (МШР 3–6). Для прогнозирования исходов после применения препарата Фортелизин или алтеплазы использовалась шкала THRIVE. После этого были рассчитаны значения AUC. Значения AUC ROC сравнивали с использованием критерия Делонга.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты. Для смертности от всех причин на 90-й день прогнозируемое значение AUC по шкале THRIVE составило 0,8 (0,71–0,9) в группе препарата Фортелизин и 0,76 (0,66–0,87) в группе алтеплазы (p = 0,57). Для неблагоприятного функционального исхода значение AUC составило 0,73 (0,64–0,82) в группе препарата Фортелизин и 0,79 (0,71–0,87) в группе алтеплазы (p = 0,36).</p></sec><sec><title>   Заключение</title><p>   Заключение.
