Recently, the interest of specialists in FMD has increased. Based on neuroimaging, neurophysiological and neuropsychological studies, concepts of the pathophysiology of FMD have been proposed. A difficult issue is differentiation of FMD from factitious disorder and malingering. Diagnostic criteria for FMD, factitious disorder, and malingering are currently proposed, including in ICD-11, but they still contain many controversial provisions, the most important of which are discussed in this article.</p>
В настоящее время предлагаются отдельные критерии ФДР, фиктивного расстройства и симуляции, в том числе в Международной классификации болезней 11-го пересмотра (МКБ-11); однако в них остается много спорных положений, ключевые из которых рассматриваются в настоящей статье.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>функциональное двигательное расстройство</kwd><kwd>психогенное двигательное расстройство</kwd><kwd>конверсионное расстройство</kwd><kwd>фиктивное расстройство</kwd><kwd>симуляция</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>functional movement disorder</kwd><kwd>psychogenic movement disorder</kwd><kwd>conversion disorder</kwd><kwd>factitious disorder</kwd><kwd>malingering</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование не имело спонсорской поддержки</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The investigation has not been sponsored</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Дюкова ГМ, Голубев ВЛ.
