In these cases, the terms “resistant” and “refractory migraine” are used and an expanded therapeutic armamentarium is recommended. Currently, the use of monoclonal antibodies against calcitonin gene-related peptide is the best-studied and most effective method of preventive therapy in resistant migraine cases.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Многие пациенты с хронической мигренью злоупотребляют симптоматическими средствами, имеют лекарственно-индуцированную головную боль, сочетанные психические расстройства, и их состояние плохо поддается традиционной профилактической терапии. Применительно к этим случаям используются определения «резистентная» и «рефрактерная мигрень» и рекомендуется расширенный арсенал терапевтических подходов.
