When selecting a drug, it is important to consider not only the efficacy and safety of the drug, but also the possibility of further therapy after discontinuation of the initially selected drug. This paper discusses the results of clinical trials on the efficacy and safety of ofatumumab and its potential advantages over other anti-CD20 agents.</p>
Обсуждаются результаты клинических исследований, посвященных эффективности и безопасности препарата офатумумаб, и его возможные преимущества среди других анти-CD20агентов.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рассеянный склероз</kwd><kwd>офатумумаб</kwd><kwd>моноклональное антитело</kwd><kwd>анти-CD20-терапия</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>multiple sclerosis</kwd><kwd>ofatumumab</kwd><kwd>monoclonal antibody</kwd><kwd>anti-CD20</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Статья спонсируется компанией «Новартис»</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This article has been supported by Novartis</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Pröbstel AK, Hauser SL.
