The purpose of this review article is to summarize current advances in the understanding of the gut-brain axis, which mediates the link between the central nervous system and the gut microbiome. It also summarizes the clinical findings from numerous studies investigating the effects of diseasemodifying therapies on the gut microbiome in patients with MS.</p>
Также резюмируются клинические данные, полученные в результате многих исследований, в которых оценивалось влияние терапии, изменяющей течение заболевания, на микробиом кишечника у пациентов с РС.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>микробиом кишечника</kwd><kwd>ось «кишечник – мозг»</kwd><kwd>метагеномика</kwd><kwd>рассеянный склероз</kwd><kwd>терапия</kwd><kwd>изменяющая течение рассеянного склероза</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>gut microbiome</kwd><kwd>gut-brain axis</kwd><kwd>metagenomics</kwd><kwd>multiple sclerosis</kwd><kwd>therapy</kwd><kwd>disease modifying therapy for multiple sclerosis</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование было выполнено при финансовой поддержке РФН, грант № 22-15-00284.
