More than half of the patients experienced joint pain for the first time after recovery from COVID-19. Three months after COVID-19 episode, joint pain continued to occur in more than a third of patients. We observed a 47-year-old patient with moderate shoulder pain that occurred for the first time after COVID-19. The examination also revealed changes in the hip joint. The diagnosis was made: post-COVID syndrome with reactive arthritis of the left shoulder joint, deforming osteoarthritis of the left hip joint stage I, degenerative-dystrophic changes in the lumbosacral spine, lower back pain. The therapy was prescribed – Chondroguard® intramuscularly every other day according to the following scheme: the first three injections (day 1, 3, and 5) 1 ml (100 mg), then, from the fourth injection (day 7) – 2 ml (200 mg) every other day, a course of 30 injections. Positive dynamics were achieved. No adverse events were noted during the treatment. The patient continued taking the nutraceutical Chondroguard® TRIO orally for 2 months. During the observational period, no adverse events were noted. Thus, in cases where post COVID-19 musculoskeletal pain is caused by joint involvement, chondroprotective therapy is effective: stage 1 – injections, stage 2 – oral therapy.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Значительная часть пациентов, перенесших COVID-19, даже в период выздоровления продолжают испытывать стойкие симптомы, такие как выраженная слабость, одышка, боль в суставах, перепады настроения, нарушения памяти. Более чем у половины пациентов болевой синдром в суставах впервые возник после перенесенного COVID-19. Через 3 мес после перенесенного COVID-19 боль в суставах сохраняется более чем у трети пациентов. Нами наблюдалась пациентка 47 лет с умеренно выраженным болевым синдромом в плече, появившимся впервые после перенесенного COVID-19. При обследовании также были выявлены изменения в тазобедренном суставе. Поставлен диагноз: постковидный синдром с реактивным артритом левого плечевого сустава, деформирующий остеоартрит левого тазобедренного сустава I стадии, дегенеративно-дистрофические изменения пояснично-крестцового отдела позвоночника, боль в нижней части спины. Назначена терапия: Хондрогард® внутримышечно через день по схеме: первые три инъекции (1, 3, 5-й день) по 1 мл (100 мг), далее, с 4-й инъекции (7-й день), – по 2 мл (200 мг) через день, курсом 30 инъекций. Получена положительная динамика. В ходе лечения нежелательных явлений не выявлено. Пациентка продолжила прием фармаконутрицевтика Хондрогард® ТРИО перорально в течение 2 мес. В ходе всего периода наблюдения нежелательных явлений не отмечено.
