The sample included 16 patients with delusional disorder and paranoid schizophrenia. We analyzed the whole-brain FC of the r-VF/AI as well as the local coherence and amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations of BOLD signal in this region.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The “Conviction” item of the Brown Assessment of Beliefs Scale was positively correlated with the FC between the region of interest and a cluster in the right occipital cortex (located predominantly in the occipital fusiform gyrus and the occipital pole and slightly extending to the lingual gyrus and inferior lateral occipital cortex). Local coherence and amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations in the region of interest were not associated with clinical characteristics related to delusions.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The correlations of delusional conviction with FC between the regions involved in belief evaluation and visual perception may reflect aberrant top-down/bottom-up or cyclic processes described within the Bayesian models of delusions.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Ранее на модели органических поражений головного мозга было показано, что вентральная лобная/переднеостровковая кора правого полушария (п-ВЛ/ПО) и ее функциональные связи (ФС) могут играть важную роль в оценке собственных убеждений и формировании бреда различного содержания.</p><p>Цель исследования – проверка гипотезы о связи функциональных характеристик данной области с бредовыми идеями у пациентов психиатрической клиники.</p><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Выборка включала 16 пациентов с бредовым расстройством и параноидной шизофренией. Анализировали ФС области в п-ВЛ/ПО с остальными вокселами в головном мозге, а также локальную согласованность и амплитуду низкочастотных колебаний BOLD-сигнала в этой области.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. «Убежденность» (Браунская шкала оценки убеждений, BABS) положительно коррелировала сФС зоны интереса иобласти взатылочной коре правого полушария (преимущественно взатылочной части веретеновидной извилины изатылочном полюсе, а также в язычной извилине и нижней части латеральной затылочной коры). Корреляций клинических характеристик, связанных с бредовыми убеждениями, с локальной согласованностью и амплитудой низкочастотных колебаний BOLD-сигнала в области интереса обнаружено не было.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение.
