This heterogeneity significantly complicates the development of uniform standardized recommendations for the diagnosis and treatment of VCI. The development of criteria for each clinical and pathogenetic variant for permanent practical application is a difficult task. In this article, based on the analysis of previously proposed approaches to the diagnosis of various clinical and pathogenetic variants, common diagnostic criteria and classification of VCI are presented.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Сосудистые когнитивные нарушения (СКН) представляют собой весьма разнообразную группу состояний, различающихся по этиопатогенезу, степени тяжести, клинической картине, динамике и выраженности функциональных расстройств. Эта гетерогенность существенно затрудняет разработку единых стандартизированных рекомендаций по диагностике и лечению СКН. Разработка критериев для каждого клинико-патогенетического варианта для постоянного практического применения представляется сложной задачей.
