These recommendations are based on current scientific and clinical studies and an analysis of the results of several years of clinical use. The main purpose of the consensus is to assist practitioners in prescribing effective prophylactic treatment of migraine using anti-CGRP mAbs and to improve care for patients with various forms of the disease. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В настоящем консенсусе рассмотрены основные текущие вопросы клинического применения и интеграции в повседневную практику новой таргетной профилактической терапии мигрени с использованием моноклональных антител (мАТ) к лиганду или рецептору кальцитонин-ген-родственного пептида (CGRP). Данные рекомендации разработаны на основании данных текущих современных научных и клинических исследований и анализа результатов нескольких лет клинического использования этих препаратов.
