Timely diagnosis and treatment of exacerbations is a key task in the management of this category of patients. A unified structured approach to the diagnosis and treatment of NOSD exacerbations has not been developed. The purpose of this article is to analyze the scientific literature data on this issue in order to optimize the diagnostics and treatment of NOSD exacerbations in everyday clinical practice. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Необратимый неврологический дефицит и инвалидизация при заболеваниях спектра оптиконевромиелита (ЗСОНМ) формируются в результате обострений, которые нередко носят жизнеугрожающий характер. Своевременная диагностика и лечение обострений являются ключевой задачей ведения этой категории пациентов. Единый структурированный подход к диагностике и лечению обострений ЗСОНМ не разработан.
