The results of a prospective observational multicenter cohort study of agomelatine in clinical practice are analyzed in detail, taking into account the effect of treatment on the social functioning of patients. The results obtained in a sample representative for depression, including patients with comorbidities, confirm the long-term efficacy and good tolerability of agomelatine in daily practice, which is the basis for adherence to therapy and achievement of the goal of depression treatment</p>
Результаты, полученные в репрезентативной для депрессии выборке, включая пациентов с сопутствующими заболеваниями, подтверждают долгосрочную эффективность и хорошую переносимость агомелатина в условиях повседневной практики, что является основой приверженности терапии и достижению цели лечения депрессии.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>депрессия</kwd><kwd>терапия</kwd><kwd>приверженность</kwd><kwd>антидепрессанты</kwd><kwd>агомелатин</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>depression</kwd><kwd>therapy</kwd><kwd>adherence to tratment</kwd><kwd>antidepressants</kwd><kwd>agomelatine</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Статья спонсируется компанией «Сервье».</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This article has been supported by Servier.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Depression and Other Common Mental Disorders: Global Health Estimates.
