The article presents data on mental disorders that occur for the first time in life under the influence of restrictive measures, quarantine and other factors caused by the epidemic in the general population. The specificity of the influence of these factors on persons diagnosed with mental illness is also shown. The papers that present the results of studies of mental disorders in patients in the acute period of infection and after recovery are analyzed. The possible consequences of COVID-19 for the mental health of people are considered.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Несмотря на прогресс в разработке методов лечения и профилактики новой коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19, еще недостаточно данных о влиянии глобальной пандемии на психическое здоровье людей, в частности о характере психических расстройств, возникающих в результате как воздействия SARS-CoV-2 на центральную нервную систему, так и влияния стрессогенных факторов, связанных с пандемией, на психическое состояние, что указывает на актуальность проблемы и необходимость проведения дальнейших исследований. В статье представлены данные о психических расстройствах, возникающих впервые в жизни под воздействием ограничительных мер, карантина и других обусловленных эпидемией факторов, в общей популяции. Также показана специфика влияния этих факторов на лиц с диагностированными психическими заболеваниями. Проанализированы работы, в которых приведены результаты исследований психических нарушений у пациентов в остром периоде инфекции и после выздоровления.
