We have considered the role of beta-amyloid plaques and neurofibrillary tau-glomeruli in the development of AD. We analyzed the role of the products of oxidation of proteins, lipids and nucleic acids in the pathogenesis of the disease, which can be considered as markers of an early stage of AD. The main mechanisms of mitochondrial dysfunction, the damaging effect of accumulating metals under oxidative stress, as well as the role of brain hypoperfusion in its occurrence are considered.</p>
Рассмотрены основные механизмы митохондриальной дисфункции, повреждающего действия аккумулирующихся металлов при оксидативном стрессе, а также роль гипоперфузии головного мозга в его возникновении.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>болезнь Альцгеймера</kwd><kwd>бета-амилоид</kwd><kwd>тау-клубочки</kwd><kwd>митохондриальная дисфункция</kwd><kwd>гипоперфузия головного мозга</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Alzheimer's disease</kwd><kwd>beta-amyloid</kwd><kwd>tau-glomeruli</kwd><kwd>mitochondrial dysfunction</kwd><kwd>cerebral hypoperfusion</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Shi X, Ohta Y, Liu X, et al.
