The review discusses the reasons for low adherence to DMTs, ways to increase it. Among the most effective ways is to reduce the frequency of administration of the drug while maintaining its high efficiency. To illustrate this, the increase in adherence to treatment with interferon-β drugs due to pegylation is discussed. Without losing its effectiveness, sampeginterferon beta-1a (samPEG-IFN-β1a) administration reduces the frequency of local adverse reactions, partly due to reducing the frequency of injections, which contributes to higher adherence to the treatment.</p>
Не теряя при этом в эффективности, сампэгинтерферон бета-1а (самПЭГ-ИФН-β1а) уменьшает частоту местных нежелательных реакций, в том числе за счет уменьшения частоты инъекций, что способствует повышению приверженности проводимому курсу.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>рассеянный склероз</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd><kwd>препараты</kwd><kwd>изменяющие течение рассеянного склероза</kwd><kwd>приверженность</kwd><kwd>сампэгинтерферон</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>multiple sclerosis</kwd><kwd>treatment</kwd><kwd>multiple sclerosis disease-modifying treatments</kwd><kwd>adherence to therapy</kwd><kwd>sampeginterferon</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Статья спонсируется компанией «Биокад».</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This article has been supported by Biocad.</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Tremlett HL, Oger J.
