We discuss the inconsistency of modern concepts about the neurochemical nature of aggressive behavior and the urgency of determining biological markers of social danger. Finally, questions of psychopharmacotherapy of aggressive behavior are reviewed.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В обзоре анализируется роль серотонинергической, дофаминергической, норадренергической и глутаматергической систем, а также нейроэндокринных механизмов, нейропептидов и медиаторов воспаления в формировании проявлений агрессии. Обсуждается противоречивость современных представлений о нейрохимической природе агрессивного поведения. Обосновывается актуальность определения биологических маркеров общественной опасности.
