An online survey was conducted among Internet users through social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Vkontakte) from 01/22/2020 to 02/22/2020. The selection of respondents was based on an anamnesis of headaches and passing the ID Migraine screener. One thousand five hundred ninety-eight individuals (93.8% women and 6.2% men) aged 18—39years participated in the survey.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. Among 1598 participants, 1490 experienced any headache, 937 respondents noted migraine symptoms, and 542 (58.4%) had a migraine diagnosis. 899 (96%) of responders used medications to relieve headaches, and in 59% of them drugs were self-prescribed. 125 (13%) patients received prophylactic therapy for migraine, of which only 47 (37.6%) complied with the prescribed treatment. We found a significant (p=0.019) association between the degree of adherence to therapy and the number of days with migraine.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The study revealed a low referral rate in patients with headaches. In addition, more than half self-prescribed the drug for headache relief, and only a third of patients complied with the prescribed prophylactic treatment.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Потребности пациентов, паттерны приема препаратов и приверженность терапии являются основными проблемами, возникающими при ведении пациентов с мигренью.</p><p>Цель исследования — определение потребностей пациентов с мигренью в лекарственной терапии, паттернов использования лекарственных средств и факторов приверженности специфическому лечению.</p><sec><title>Пациенты и методы</title><p>Пациенты и методы. В период с 22.01.2020 г. по 22.02.2020 г. проведен онлайн-опрос среди пользователей сети Интернет посредством социальных сетей (Instagram, Facebook, ВКонтакте). Отбор участников исследования производился на основании наличия головной боли в анамнезе и прохождения скринингового теста ID Migraine. В опросе приняли участие 1598 человек (93,8% женщин и 6,2% мужчин), преимущественно в возрасте от 18 до 39 лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Из 1598 обследованных 1490 испытывали головную боль, 937 участников опроса отметили у себя симптомы мигрени, диагноз мигрени установлен у 542 (58,4%) пациентов. Для купирования головной боли лекарственные препараты использовали 899 (96%) пациентов, из них 59% подбирали препарат самостоятельно. Профилактическую терапию мигрени получали 125 (13%) пациентов, из них только 47 (37,6%) соблюдали назначенное лечение. Установлена статистически значимая связь (p=0,019) между степенью приверженности терапии и количеством дней с мигренью.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Выявлен низкий уровень обращаемости пациентов с головной болью к врачам.
