It discusses the possibility of treating cognitive disorders with NMDA receptor antagonists in Parkinson's disease, traumatic brain injury, and some other diseases, as well as the potential possibilities of using drugs of this pharmacotherapeutic group in childhood. The paper describes a clinical case illustrating the use of akatinol memantine in a child with a delay in speech and mental development in the presence of fetal alcohol syndrome. The possibilities of using akatinol memantine in the treatment of childhood cognitive impairments are sure to be of particular interest; however, in view of the small amount of data, this aspect requires further clinical trials.</p>
Возможности использования акатинола мемантина в терапии когнитивных нарушений детского возраста, несомненно, представляют особый интерес, однако ввиду малого количества данных этот аспект требует дальнейших клинических исследований.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>антагонисты NMDA-рецепторов</kwd><kwd>акатинол мемантин</kwd><kwd>когнитивные нарушения</kwd><kwd>болезнь Альцгеймера</kwd><kwd>сосудистые когнитивные расстройства</kwd><kwd>постинсультные когнитивные расстройства</kwd><kwd>болезнь Паркинсона</kwd><kwd>черепно-мозговая травма</kwd><kwd>расстройства аутистического спектра</kwd><kwd>задержка речевого и психического развития у детей</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>NMDA receptor antagonists</kwd><kwd>akatinol memantine</kwd><kwd>cognitive impairment</kwd><kwd>Alzheimer's disease</kwd><kwd>vascular cognitive disorders</kwd><kwd>poststroke cognitive disorders</kwd><kwd>Parkinson's disease</kwd><kwd>traumatic brain injury</kwd><kwd>autism spectrum disorders</kwd><kwd>delay in speech and mental development in children</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Преображенская ИС.
