The literature review presents the mechanisms of CI development in AD and depressive disorders, as well as their course, prognosis, and differential diagnosis. Mild and moderate depressions in AD, their clinical variants, course and treatment approaches are described. Treatment for CI is shown to focus on therapy of the underlying disease, in which the former occurs. Antidepressants are used to treat depression and depressive disorders in AD, by taking into account the efficacy and tolerability of the drugs at old age.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Легкие и умеренные когнитивные нарушения (КН) в пожилом и старческом возрасте могут быть обусловлены различными нервнопсихическими заболеваниями, в том числе болезнью Альцгеймера (БА) и депрессией. В обзоре литературы представлены механизмы развития когнитивных КН при БА и депрессивных расстройствах, а также рассмотрены вопросы их динамики, прогноза, дифференциальной диагностики. Описаны депрессии при БА легкой и умеренной степени тяжести, их клинические варианты, течение и подходы к терапии. Показано, что лечение КН сводится к терапии основного заболевания, при котором они возникают.
