The paper reviews currently available drugs used for neuroprotection in ischemic strokes in the context of evidence-based medicine.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Реперфузия и нейропротекция — два современных стратегических направления терапии пациентов с острым инсультом.
